Good book with collection of fond remembrances of Dhoni by people close to him. Most of them, almost all are in awe with him, they throw us a light on grounded nature of his personality and also his unique way of doing things he wants to do.
Almost all the anecdotes and remembrance are adulatory. Author has set out to unravel the pieces that make up the enigma of Dhoni but one must say he has only partially succeeded.
Recollecting, One can say,
Dhoni had a set of things to be done in the mind very early and set out to do the same in a studious unique hardworking fashion without letting the feedbacks and Validation very much affect him.
He seems more of a humble doer even calibrates as much to celebrate the best of his achievements in an understated manner.
He has tremendous knowledge about the things that interest him and he keeps himself updated with keen observation.
He doesn't declare anywhere that he is the Leader but shows the way in such a fashion that those under him readily understand that he is a Leader and Naturally align to him without much words spoken.
